Dr. Kofi Bruce-Mensah is a highly respected physician specializing in both family medicine and internal medicine at Triangle Primary Care Associates in Wake Forest, North Carolina. Dr. Mensah earned his medical degree from the University of Ghana Medical School in 1986. He later completed his internship and residency in Internal Medicine at the New York Hospital Medical Centre of Queens, gaining extensive clinical expertise. Over the years, his medical career has focused on treating a wide spectrum of health concerns, including hypertension, diabetes, high cholesterol, anxiety, and other chronic illnesses.

Monica Mianzo Capp is a dual-certified health care provider at Triangle Primary Care Associates in Wake Forest, NC, where she serves as both a Family Nurse Practitioner and a Psychiatric Mental Health Provider. Her ability to bridge physical and mental health care makes her an invaluable resource for patients seeking comprehensive treatment.
Monica earned advanced certifications through the University of South Carolina and the University of South Alabama, and she is board-certified by the American Nurses Association (ANA) and the American Psychiatric Nurses Association (APNA). Beyond her clinical role, she also serves as the Director of the Family Nurse Practitioner to Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Program at Bluefield College in West Virginia, where she helps educate and mentor the next generation of providers.
Her expertise spans primary care, psychiatry, and registered nursing, enabling her to take a holistic approach when addressing patient needs. She works closely with individuals to support not only their physical health but also their emotional and psychological well-being.
Fluent in both English and Tagalog, Monica is able to connect with patients from diverse cultural backgrounds, helping create a more welcoming and inclusive environment.
